Via the Highfield Assessment EPA Dashboard, on our secure end-point assessment system. The booking confirmation will confirm any deadline dates for gateway and written submission uploads.

Our cancellation charges are detailed within the contract for EPA services and could apply to any assessment that is cancelled less than 5 working days before the first scheduled assessment date.

Results are released to the Highfield Assessment EPA Dashboard within 7 working days after the last assessment method has taken place. Certificates will be claimed 10 working days after the result release and are dispatched by the Department for Education (DfE).

On-programme start date = the date the learner enrolled on the apprenticeship
On-programme end date = the last day of learning (not the projected end date)
Gateway meeting date (NB: this must be on or after the on-programme end date)
