Our Values

We pride ourselves on our founding values, which are quality, value, service and integrity. These have been with us since the founding of Highfield as a publisher of training resources back in 1982 and form the cornerstone of everything we do. 

Quality

We deliver the highest possible quality assessments and provide consistent, valid and reliable results to all apprentices. We also offer several free EPA resources to employers, providers and apprentices, including EPA kits, gateway readiness reports, mapping documents, mock assessments and much more.

Service

We always answer our phone within 3-rings, and you’ll get through to an actual person, not an automated phone system that will put you on hold. We typically provide end-point assessment results within 7 working days. We also respond to emails within 1 working day, so you’ll know your enquiry has been acknowledged and is being dealt with.

We're a family business, so we pride ourselves on our family values.
