At Highfield Assessment, we pride ourselves on the founding principles and values of the Highfield Group, name quality, value, service and integrity. These values have been with us since the founding of Highfield in 1982 and form the cornerstone of everything we do. We focus on the areas important to our clients, including dedicated customer support, exceptional supporting documentation and unbeatable service and turnaround times.

Service

We always answer our phone within 3-rings, and you’ll get through to an actual person, not an automated phone system that will put you on hold. You will receive your examination results within 7 working days (although we are currently working to an average of 4 working days). And, we respond to emails within 1 working day, so you’ll know your enquiry has been acknowledged and is being dealt with.

Integrity

Highfield is a family company, so we pride ourselves on our family values. We promise to provide our clients and customers with accurate and honest information at all times, and we’re always open and transparent about pricing – there are no annoying or sneaky hidden fees or charges. We will also always advise on the best solution for you and your needs, even if it’s the cheaper option.  We never put profit before good advice and a good relationship with you.
